Cóndor is a wildfire intelligence platform that turns satellite imagery into early, asset‑centric fire alerts measured in minutes gained. Instead of waiting for late signals from generic maps or public feeds, organizations define the assets, forests, reserves or portfolios they care about and a configurable surveillance radius. Cóndor continuously monitors GOES and other satellite feeds over those areas, detects possible wildfire signals, and issues alerts only when something credible appears within the monitored zone. Each alert comes with a confidence score, coordinates, timestamps, source metadata, comparison against NASA FIRMS or other baselines, and an estimate of lead time gained (Δt) versus conventional detection, so teams can quantify how much earlier they’re seeing the event. Operators receive a dedicated event page with evidence imagery, suggested actions, and email/platform notifications that plug into existing workflows. Pricing is based on hectares monitored per year, not seats, so insurers, environmental agencies, civil protection units, and land or forestry portfolios can invite whole teams without increasing costs. Cóndor is designed to support early‑warning and verification flows—making uncertainty visible and actionable—rather than replace official emergency confirmation systems.
