Interplanetary Mind Map (IPMM) is a project focused on developing a decentralized tool for organizing and understanding information. It leverages the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) and InterPlanetary Linked Data (IPLD) to create a content-addressed system where meaning is made explicit. The project seeks to move beyond traditional, platform-centric information tools by offering a framework that better aligns with human cognition and the subjective nature of information. It was originally known as `ipld-mindmap` and has been presented at events like the Web3 Summit. The initiative explores how public-key cryptography and content addressing can be repurposed to fulfill early ideas about the web's potential for information organization and sharing.
